The Nursing Administration Diploma is designed to meet the needs of the healthcare labor market. It focuses on preparing nursing cadres with the administrative and leadership skills necessary to efficiently manage nursing units and departments. Training in this specialization is conducted over five semesters using a split (integrated) system, with each semester lasting (8) weeks, for a total of (1,680) training hours, in addition to (360) hours of practical field training in hospitals and health centers, equivalent to (74) credit hours.
This program provides training on specialized skills in:
• Nursing Services Management.
• Quality Management in Healthcare.
• Leadership and Teamwork in the Healthcare Sector.
• Human Resources Management in Nursing.
• Risk Management and Patient Safety.
• Health Laws and Regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Nursing Ethics.
• Strategic Planning and Time Management in Nursing.
• Technical Skills in Electronic Records and Health Information Systems.
The trainee also acquires general skills in: Islamic culture, medical English, communication skills, computers, and their health applications.
Graduates of this program are awarded a diploma in nursing management and are expected to work in fields related to nursing services management, supervision of nursing teams, quality management and patient safety, and health departments in hospitals and medical centers.

• Preparing nursing and administrative reports and records according to approved standards.
• Using health information systems and modern technologies to support administrative decisions.
• Adhering to professional ethics and laws governing healthcare work.
• Handling health crises and risks with high efficiency.
